So, I went there to get a nice and less busy spot close to Lakes Entrance during Christmas, and I was surprised to be told that peak season price is 50$ and not 30$ for a tent. Pretty expensive to me and the people were a bit rude as it was quite busy, but I wanted to check the campground out before paying so I asked for directions and I thank myself for doing this. The campground is only a parking lot, with only like 3 spots with grass and shades (occupied). All the other spots are in full sun, no grass and actually just dirt road. I am not giving this 1 star as it might be what people look for when on a campervan, but I 100% don't recommend it for tents travelers. I ended up continuing my road to Orbost (40min) and found a spot in the Orbost caravan park for 30$, with shades, grass, hot showers and water included. The people there are lovely.

Parked the caravan out the back for the night with access to power, water and toilets at no charge. Had a great dinner at The Tavern. Staff were very friendly. Great location by the water with excellent views. Would definately recommend.

There is a lane way along the back of the tavern with a grassed area, toilet and shower. The tavern charged us $20 to pitch a tent for the night. Tavern does really nice local food, and is directly opposite the beach/lake, and all the staff are really lovely. This was a good find.
