A secluded and peaceful spot near the beach, Thurra River Campground is a great choice for fishing and water activities. You can take a 4km trail to visit the Point Hicks lighthouse, and witness whales, dolphins and other wildlife. There are massive sand dunes nearby and West Beach is also close by. The campsites are private, non-powered and have shared fire pits and picnic tables. There are drop toilets, firewood to buy, and plenty of wildlife. A great spot for adventure lovers, bring your bodyboard and enjoy the sand dunes!
