Beautiful spot! 5 private campsites in shrub. Signposted and well maintained. 4x4 track to beach for driving and camping. Permit needed. All-wheel drive access. Off the Princess Highway. Great for all outdoorsy types!

Located in the Limestone Coast, 28 Mile Crossing offers a variety of amenities such as toilets, caravan and camper trailer parking, and access to nearby national parks. Phone reception is available, as well as 4WD trails for those wishing to explore the area. Reviews are positive, with no issues accessing the campsite with a 2WD, and a marked walking trail to the beach. Many visitors recommend sites 3 or 4, which are closer to the scrub and potentially more sheltered. 4WD is required to access the beach track.
