Amazing location right on the beach! Pets allowed and lots of facilities including toilets, BBQ areas, powered sites, cabins, dump spot and laundry. Great for fishing and swimming. Stayed for two nights and had a great time. Highly recommend!

This caravan park is great for an overnight stay when travelling up to North Queensland. It has plenty of facilities like toilets, showers, laundry, BBQ areas, and powered/unpowered sites for caravans and camper trailers. Pets are allowed and there's also a nearby boat ramp. They offer cabins and have phone reception. It's only $20 per night for two people on unpowered or $30 per night on powered. Take a walk and explore the river, with no midges but watch out for mozzies at night. Picnic tables, BBQs and clean toilets. Neat and tidy spot close to private houses with a nature walk, but no tents allowed. Grass area to walk the dogs - on leash only. Enjoy the peace and quiet, despite being close to a main road.

Loved camping right on the beach - plenty of room to have your own area away from others. Gorgeous location with crystal clear blue waters and lots of birds. 4WD recommended for tracks around the site. Amazing sunsets and felt like the beach was all ours. Highly recommend!
