This campsite is a great spot for camping and exploring the Central Highlands. It has a great range of facilities, including free camping, national parks and plenty of other nature reserves. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There is plenty to do, with plenty of walking and biking trails and other outdoor activities. The staff are friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable camping experience.

Wallabies and kangaroos hop around the campsite, and the long dirt road leading to it is accessible even in a hatchback.

Tucked away in Central Highlands, this quiet campsite offers caravans, camper trailers and national parks. Fires are allowed but no dogs, except for assistance dogs with permits. Clean drop toilets are well stocked with toilet paper. Nearby Mackenzie Falls carpark has mobile reception. Wildlife encounters, respectful campers and ranger visits for high fire danger days. Beautiful lookouts and tracks for exploring, plus a 30 minute drive to Halls Gap for supplies. Fantastic, well maintained site - will be back again!
