Beautiful location right next to the river, peaceful and picturesque. Fully contactless with clean and well looked after facilities. Powered sites are near the road and can be noisy but overlook a lawn with trees. Walk down to the river and enjoy a swim off the little sandy beach. Kayaks usually available, though kayak businesses closed during our stay. Takeaway from cafes in town. Enjoyed our stay!

Located in Capital Country, Carrington Falls campground is just two hours away from Sydney. It offers toilets, national parks, and walking trails. Visitors aged 17 and up are welcome to stay for a night or two. On public holidays, the site gets packed so it's best to bring your own drinking water. You can also enjoy the amazing waterfalls and a freshwater lake nearby - perfect for swimming with your swimming shoes on. For just $12, you can have a picnic bench and the calming sounds of a nearby creek at night.

#1 Kangaroo Valley Glenmack Park

A great spot for first time campers, Glenmack Park has fantastic facilities for kids including a pool, mini golf, playground and a jumping pillow. Powered sites, caravans and cabins are available and pets are allowed on leads. A short walk away is a pub with great food and music. The park is kept clean and the staff are friendly. Enjoy your stay and don't forget to feed the friendly animals!
