Spot kangaroos, kookaburras and ducks as you walk down the trail. Nearby lake with a rush of water through rocks into the lake. Pink and purple sky coming over the mountains in the morning. Unspectacular campground, but big and not crowded. Fires allowed. Waterville nearby for swimming. Lookout back over Sydney. Undercover area if weather bad. Kitchen with fridge for larger groups.
