Reception is spotty but the views of the night sky and stunning sunrise make up for it. Fishing and swimming in the lake are popular activities and campfires are allowed. Camping in a tent is a great way to take in the beauty of the area.

Wildlife abounds, and the road to the campsite is unmarked - so use the map for guidance. Just 15 minutes from Cradle Mountain, the view is beautiful, but beware the windy spots close to the lake. Don't forget to take your rubbish with you!
