Great spot to stay with plenty of amenities and activities! Camping area is lovely, with its own kitchen, hot shower and toilet. Hosts Dave and Ann are very friendly and helpful. Ann is a Thai chef, so be sure to check out her Saturday night specials - 2 Thai dishes and rice for $12. Lots to do in the area and definitely worth the stay - ended up staying 6 nights! Highly recommend.

A great spot for a getaway! Enjoy the convenience of an ensuite site and all the amenities: toilets, drinking water, BBQ areas, powered sites, caravans, camper trailers, phone reception, cabins, laundry and a swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect - close to Cairns with shops in walking distance and a quiet area. Highly recommend!

Pets allowed, drinking water, caravans, fishing, swimming, fires allowed. Lovely host, great family pub next door. River clean/clear with no crocs. Beautiful spot, slippery when wet, locals on weekends. Good camp for one night, no showers/toilets. Closed now.

Cairns Coconut is a fantastic caravan park with a variety of amenities, perfect for families and pets. The grounds are well maintained, offering swimming pools, a gym, a bar/restaurant, a milk bar and even an off-leash agility park for dogs. Kids will love the water slide, inflatable castles, mini golf and holiday activities. There's also a shuttle bus service to town and after-hours checkin. Reviews are positive with many visitors extending their stay. Highly recommended!

This camping spot is perfect for those looking for a free campsite with plenty of room and new facilities. It offers shady areas for tents, campers and rooftop tents, as well as cold showers for free (hot showers for $1). There are walking trails, phone reception and allows fires, but no drinking water. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, however there are a lot of bugs. A max stay of 72 hours applies.
