A tranquil oasis in Sydney, Bents Basin is perfect for a day trip or weekend away. The area has all the amenities you need, such as toilets, drinking water, BBQ areas, and caravans and camper trailers. There are also plenty of activities, like fishing, walking trails, swimming and even allowing fires. All this, and it's only two hours from Sydney! Reviewers say it's a beautiful place, and very good.

Beautiful bush setting with five campgrounds and drop toilets. Close to Jellybean Pool, national parks and a short drive from Sydney. Fire pits and tables for BBQs and a great spot to relax. No drinking water, showers or flushable toilets but still a comfortable place to camp. Highly recommended!

Beautiful drive through Mulgoa and Wallacia with 12pm check in. Lovely spot to set up camp with fire pits and plenty of kindling. Hot showers and flushable toilets available. Spot kangaroos, kookaburras and ducks as you walk down the trail. Nearby lake with a rush of water through rocks into the lake. Pink and purple sky coming over the mountains in the morning. Unspectacular campground, but big and not crowded. Fires allowed. Waterville nearby for swimming. Lookout back over Sydney. Undercover area if weather bad. Kitchen with fridge for larger groups. Clean toilets and showers with hot water.
