This holiday village is situated right on the lake, with a beach just over the road. It provides a variety of facilities such as a water park for the kids, two slides, a pool area, sun lounges, walking trails and fishing. The amenities are clean and the staff are friendly. With a short 10 minute drive to Yeppoon town, this park is the perfect spot for a family getaway. We loved it so much that we stayed for a week, instead of just one night!

Peaceful bush camping, perfect for fishing with incredible views. Owner is very friendly and welcoming. Water (non-drinking), walking trails, allows fires. Midges for an hour morning and evening. Great place to sit by the fire and chill out. Short drive to river with well maintained fishing huts. Boat ramp nearby. 10/10 recommend!

Located in Gladstone, this picturesque spot offers free camping with amazing views. Pets are allowed, and there is a boat ramp nearby for those wanting to get out on the water. Phone reception is available, and there is also fishing, swimming and 4WD trails. There are plenty of campspots along the river, and campers are allowed to have fires. Toilets and showers are not available, but the area is secluded and relaxing. Follow the maps directions to take you down a 4x4 track away from the main roadside camp area.
