The Pentland Hotel was a great surprise find on our road trip. We had no plans to stop, but when we saw the free camping sign we decided to call. The lady on the phone was so helpful and accommodating. We found a great grassy area by the stables to pitch our tent. Toilets, drinking water and even a laundry were available. We would definitely stay there again.
