Beautiful views at sunset and sunrise, lots of kangaroos, and a friendly caretaker with lots of stories and travel tips. Make sure to stay in the designated camping area. Windy but with amazing scenery. Great spot for fishing and crabbing, and a wealth of history and knowledge to learn. Lovely quiet spot to relax and take in the beauty of the Flinders Ranges. Be careful of quicksand when wandering.
