#3 Kendall Showgrounds

Kendall Showgrounds is a great spot for a short stopover. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as toilets, drinking water, BBQ areas, powered sites, allotted sites, caravans, camper trailers, showers, phone reception, dump spot, and garbage. The showers and toilets are brand new and very well-maintained. After a few days of rain, the ground may be wet and muddy, but it is still a nice place to stay. You can use a barrel fire pit, although it is unclear if you are allowed to bring your own.

Well kept grounds, fires allowed and plenty of old log dumps. Dogs welcome. Beautiful creek with swimming holes, play area and shelter for day users. Walking trails and free.
