Ferry Reserve is a great spot for a holiday. Huge sites with great facilities and laundry. Boat ramp onsite, excellent fishing from the river, shore and kayak. Brunswick Heads is just 5 minutes away, while Terrace Espresso has amazing food and coffee, and Gelateria has great gelato. 2 hours from Brisbane means it's perfect for a weekend getaway.

Hot showers, kitchen area with communal fridge and sink, and a caretaker with travel suggestions. Only $27 a night, but beware the musquitos that come out at 8pm! Great value and convenient for the nearby town of Byron.

Stopped here twice on way to QLD, recommended by truckie. Access easy, quiet & safe. Coffee van set up, great for morning coffee. RV parked in truck area, not full. Coffee vans, toilets, plenty of spots. Clean toilets, cooking facilities, quiet & well-lit. Great spot to rest.
