A great spot for camping and picnicking, easily accessible with a 2WD and close to a lake. Toilets are a bit of a walk if you camp lake side, but right there if you camp in the forest. Facilities are clean and there's a BBQ and reception. The lake is clear and inviting for swimming. National parks fee is not compulsory but they have recycling and garbage bins and take care of the place nicely.

Fantastic spot for a night or two! Easy to access, plenty of room to spread out, picnic tables and shelters, main and smaller dam, clean long-drop toilets (smelly though). BYO water. Campfire stove pits and bins. Nearby town of Nundle is great. Highly recommend!
