Located in Hunter, this reserve is perfect for a day out with the family. Pets are allowed and entry is free. Toilets, BBQ areas and garbage bins are also available. Allotted sites are available for caravans, camper trailers and cars. Fires are allowed in designated areas and there is also swimming nearby. The river is currently high and rapid-like due to recent rainfalls, but most sites are not close to the toilets.

Located in Hunter, this free campground has plenty of spots for caravans, camper trailers and cars. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with plenty of shade, green grass and trees to explore. There are toilets, but no drinking water, and BBQ areas. Fires are allowed and fishing and swimming in the river. Wildlife can be seen, plus cows grazing in the paddock when not school holidays. About a 30 minute drive to Gloucester for shops and drinking water. Great spot for a family getaway.
