Nice park well kept and looked after. Friendly office staff. Amenities very clean. Fire pits scattered around near sites. Fire wood expensive take your own if possible. Not too far back to town, about 15mins. Great base to visit all the wineries.

Stayed here in August bit cold but refreshingly nice. Fantastic peaceful spot. Great clean amenities and recreation room. Beautiful views of dam suitable for swimming and kyaking. Little way out of town but so worth it. Lots to see and do in the area.
